The direction of the « Santé publique de la Montérégie » decided in 1999 to allocate funds to the CLSC in order to improve intersectorial collaboration and help build community projects focused on early childhood. A community liaison person has the mandate to facilitate partnering for local stakeholders in an effort to create more collaboration and cooperation amongst the organizations with our region.
